Armed officer Job Posting

 LUPD Global is seeking reliable and experienced Armed Security Officers to join our growing team. These officers play a critical role in safeguarding assigned properties, protecting staff and patrons, and responding to potential risks. We offer both full‑time and part‑time positions with competitive pay starting at $20.00 per hour. 

• Patrol and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule infractions
• Inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Enforce property rules and regulations, warning violators when necessary
• Apprehend or remove individuals engaged in suspicious or criminal activity
• Report facility concerns such as fire hazards, leaks, or safety issues
• Request emergency personnel in high‑risk situations to ensure safety

• Must hold an active and valid Virginia DCJS Armed Security License
• Minimum of 1 years of prior experience in active‑duty military, law enforcement, or corrections
• or must have 2 Year of current field experience as an Armed Guard
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, run, and physically restrain individuals when required
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Provide customer service by assisting clients, employees, visitors, and vendors with access and directions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor for unusual or suspicious behavior and report findings according to site protocols.
• Support leadership by following all post orders and instructions specific to the location.
• Participate in emergency response activities when required.
